How do we do it?  

We lease your property with the traditional rental agreement you’re used to.  Then Bower and Kip’s professional team stages your home for short-term guest experiences hosted through one of the many third-party vacation rental websites you’re probably familiar with.  

Guests come to Bower and Kip for exclusive, luxury experiences in extraordinary private residences in Virginia. Bower and Kip properties are more than a place to sleep, they are an invitation to experience Virginia as a local.  We provide all the outstanding amenities and services of a boutique hotel, but with the unique touches and local flavor only a private property can offer.

Who would be visiting my property?   

Each of our guests are prescreened for identification, are pet free, non-smokers, and typically stay for 1-6 nights. After each visit, your property is thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards by our professional cleaning company, at no cost to you.

Would this require extra work for me?

You are our #1 priority. We treat your property as if it was our own, going the extra mile for what is best for you. So sit back and relax, we handle it all!
